All orders are processed and fulfilled on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
We aim to deliver your order within 4-8 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Yes, shipping is 100% free on all orders anywhere in the world for a limited time. There are no surprises at checkout - we want your experience to be quick and simple.

Business Days
Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address, resulting in a failed delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before making the purchase.

Proof of Delivery
If the courier has proof that the item has been in fact delivered via photo evidence, the responsibility is up to the purchaser to collect it. Omg Polly will not be liable for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Pick Up
In some cases, orders may need to be picked up in a local Post Office or other nearby location. This may be due to the carrier being unable to deliver to your address because of an incorrect address, nowhere they believe to be safe to leave the delivery or other problems. You will be responsible for picking up the order in this case.
